Vietnam Showed Grit in the SSL at the SEA Games Grand Finale 

Chon Buri, December 18 – After a delayed start and in light breeze, Vietnam fought through a demanding Grand Finale in the SSL at the SEA Games in Pattaya. They tacked early for clear air and stayed in touch as the fleet split at the gate and the course was extended mid-leg. Vietnam gained places on the first upwind and briefly closed the gap on the leading pack before the final downwind. They stayed composed through a course change and tight mark roundings in shifting conditions. Vietnam ended fifth will continue competing at the SSL Gold Cup Qualifier from 20 December at Ocean Marina Jomtien, Pattaya.
